Return Policy
At Nitrod, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, Nitrod has implemented the following return policy.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased online at nitrod.com, products may be returned for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee of the total unit price will be charged if any accessories are missing or damaged. No refund will be issued if main unit is not returned or is damaged.
You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in advance. To receive any refund under this guarantee the RMA must be requested no later than 30 days from the initial product ship date.
Warranty
All Nitrod gauges carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects of materials and workmanship, excluding abuse, misuse or breakage of parts by the purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. They are guaranteed to function as described. If a gauge stops working due to a material or manufacturing defect within a one year of purchase, it may be returned for repair or replacement. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in advance.
RMA Request Instructions:
1. All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. A 25% minimum restocking fee will be charged for returns without RMA number.
2. Please obtain a RMA number at before returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your contact information, the order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. A representative will contact you within 3 business days. The representative will give you an RMA number and the shipping instructions.
3. Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing.
4. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days (US and Canada) or 25 days (international) of the RMA issuance date.
5. Please return item via trackable method, Nitrod will not be responsible for shipment lost during return process. Therefore, parcel insurance is recommended.
6. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.
